Please find attached a development application submitted on behalf of the applicant, Serina Pty Ltd.  The application seeks approval for a Development Permit to allow the site to be used for Multiple Dwelling Tpe 4 – Conventional.   In accordance with Section 260 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, the application includes the following:


Ø  IDAS forms parts 1 and 5 duly completed;


Ø  a town planning report prepared by the DFS Group


Ø  the application drawings prepared by Inter Design in Appendix 1;


Ø  a landscape concept strategy plan prepared by DFS Group in Appendix 2 (emailed separately);


Ø  a traffic engineering report by Roadpro in Appendix 3; and


Ø  an engineering report prepared by Tod Consulting in Appendix 4 (emailed separately).

Please note that the application fee will be paid once a request for payment is received.
