Appendix C - Ecological Assessment Report
Development is clearly separated from the koala habitat within the south-west of the site which is to be
retained. Development is small scale and located within existing cleared areas. In this regard, no impacts
to existing connectivity and koala movement opportunities are likely to occur as a result of development
approval.
i) In urban areas, biodiversity values are protected and enhanced to assist with ecosystem health,
flora and fauna, urban amenity and quality of life.
The site is not located within an urban area.
