8.0     CONCLUSION
An ecological assessment has been undertaken to determine the environmental values present within Lot
83 on MCH3546 located at 157 Lawnville Road, Black Mountain. The outcomes of the assessment
identified the following:
      The development is small scale in nature and has been located within existing cleared areas.
      All Ecologically Important Areas are proposed to be retained and enhanced via an ecological
       rehabilitation program that will enhance the habitat value and buffering capacity of the riparian
       vegetation flanking Six Mile Creek.
Overall, the application represents a low impact development and although it cannot comply with
Performance Outcome 6 of the Biodiversity, Waterways and Wetlands Code, it is considered to comply
with the purpose and overall outcomes of the Code.
