Ecological site assessments are necessarily of limited field survey scope and timeframe and may not result in a complete
representation of flora/fauna species abundance and variety across any site due to factors including climatic and seasonal
variation. In this regard, conclusions and recommendations stated herein are provided in good faith in the absence of an
additional long-term environmental study. In the absence of complete ecological data pertaining to a site, a precautionary
principle is generally adopted throughout the assessment process.
