Meeting Location/Frequency A meeting program of a six-weekly basis would be suitable for
routine reviews of appeals. In the event of preparation being
undertaken for a significant appeal, meetings will be held more
frequently as required.
The meetings of this Working Group will not be open to the
public, and in fact its deliberations will be of a highly confidential
nature as they relate to litigation.

plus any other staff requested by the CEO
It is intended that the Council’s Solicitor would provide any
required secretariat support to the Working Group.
