Noosaville Landfill, Outbound Weighbridge
The $301K project included the modification of the existing weighbridge office and the installation of
an outbound weighbridge. The new outbound weighbridge improves the processing capabilities of
the landfill and improves the safety of the public and helps to prevent traffic queuing out of the landfill
onto Eumundi Noosa Road.




Noosa Parade Upgrade
The $8M upgrade of Noosa Parade was funded by both local and state government and was a key
project in Noosa’s Cycling and Walking Strategy. The upgrade offers dedicated bike lanes, widened
paths, slower road speeds and improved lighting.
