                 deliver the proposed volume of fill to the site. Such heavy duty truck movement will
                 further exacerbate the traffic flow problems outlined above. As well as the actual
                 dumping of the land-fill, there will no doubt be a requirement for other heavy machinery
                 to firstly spread the fill across the site and secondly to suitably compress and impact the
                 fill to accommodate the proposed structures. All of this heavy industrial earth-moving
                 activity is completely at odds with the village atmosphere of the Peregian Village and its
                 adjacent areas.

                 I reiterate my strong objection to the size and scope of this proposed development and
                 would hope the Nossa Council will take a similar view and disallow it.
