The industrial business consists of brewing, bottling and storage of alcoholic beverages with the
built form and internal layout reflective of the use as seen in Figure 2 below. The brewery includes
equipment for milling, fermentation, filtration, packaging and a laboratory for quality control. The
entertainment and dining business use allows for beverage tasting, retail sales, local hospitality
promotional nights, craft beer industry nights and occasional product launches. Food for these
events would be offered from the kitchen which is proposed to be wood-fired pizzas and the like.
