On 28 January 2016 Council approved a change to the development approval to reduce the number of proposed villas by
four, alter the proposed villa types and ancillary uses with the inclusion of a manager’s residence. The amendments
resulted in a combined site cover of 20,945m2 and a GFA of 19,575m2, both less than originally approved.

There have been a number of minor changes to the Development Approval (MCU) since the original approval was
granted, with the most recent change to this approval issued by Council by correspondence dated 24 February 2021
(Council Ref: 132004.5744.11). The most recent change to Approval specifically sought to relocate the 20 car parking
spaces for Building B, towards the front boundary on Eenie Creek Road. This revised location reflects the position and
number as previously approved by the original Approval issued 2005. The revised layout has also been designed to reflect
the existing layout approved as part of Building A.



2.0 DESRIPTION OF PROPOSAL

In recognition of the most recent change to the higher order MCU Approval (Council Ref. 132004.5744.11), we note that
the approved operational works (OPW) plans need to be amended to reflect the changes to the approved development
layout. Accordingly, we have updated the set of approved OPW plans, specific to Stage 5, to incorporate the changes
sought by this request. To assist Council’s assessment of the request, consequential changes to the list of approved plans
are highlighted below via strikeout for deletions and bold-type for new inclusions.
