In view of the minor nature of the proposed plan changes, which have been undertaken to align with recently approved
changes to the higher order MCU Approval, we request Council’s written confirmation that the enclosed plans are
‘generally in accordance’ with the approved Operational Works package. This will then allow our client to continue with
construction of the final stage of the development.

We can confirm that Generally in Accordance fee of $631.00 will be paid upon receipt of the payment advice from
Council.
