    That Council note the report by the Acting Infrastructure Planning, Design & Deliver Manager
    to the General Committee Meeting dated 14 August 2017 and adopt the Noosa Signage
    Policy provided at Attachment 1 with the following change:
    Page 1 Paragraph 3 of the Policy: replace the words “guidance and procedures” with
    “direction”.

         following contractors:

    B.   Award tender 1617T113 for Cleaning of Public Open Space and Amenities for an initial
         period of three (3) years, with options to extend the contract for three (3) terms of up
         to twelve (12) months each. Options to extend will be at Council’s sole discretion and
         subject to Council’s review of Contractor performance under the Contract and
         proposed pricing.
