9    ASSESSMENT OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR A COMMERCIAL HIGH USE
     PERMIT (1718E013) - BEACH MASSAGE
     Committee Recommendation
     Moved:             Cr Jackson
     Seconded:          Cr Jurisevic
     That Council note the report by the Property Manager to the General Committee Meeting
     dated 14 August 2017 and issue a Commercial High Use Permit to Amanda Obara to conduct
     beach massage activities on Noosa Main Beach for the period 1 September 2017 - 30 June
     2020.

10   ASSESSMENT OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR COMMUNITY ACTIVATION OF
     LOT 5 LOWER MILL ROAD, COOROY (1617E131)
     Cr Pardon declared a material personal interest in this matter (as defined in section 172 of the Local
     Government Act 2009) as he is a Director of Cooroy Farmers and Artisans Market Pty Ltd who have
     submitted an application to run a community market on the site. Cr Pardon left the meeting room for
     the debate and decision on this matter.

     Seconded:          Cr Jackson
     That Council note the report by the Property Advisor to the General Committee Meeting dated
     14 August 2017 and agree to issue a Community Market Permit to Cooroy Farmers and
     Artisans Market Pty Ltd as detailed in the report.
