Dear Jada,

In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU22/0067), on behalf of T&J Hodgkinson Pty
Ltd we hereby submit the following feedback in response to the submissions to the proposed development.

The following table is a summary of the concerns identified within the submissions against the Short-term
Accommodation use. It is noted that a number of these concerns are not relevant, nor are a result of the
proposed development. The applicant’s response to these concerns is listed below.

                              •    The subject site currently has access to an appropriate level of
                                   infrastructure for its existing rural residential use.

                                   the site by the applicant.
