• The proposed Short-term Accommodation use demonstrates compliance with both the Performance
   and Acceptable Outcomes of the Codes applicable for the use;

• The Short-term Accommodation use is proposed to be located in an existing dwelling and no additional
   structures or changes to the existing facilities are required as part of the proposed use;

• The proposed use will not compromise the ecological values of the land, or have any impact on the rural
   residential amenity;

• Sufficient carparking is available on site to support the proposed use;

• The dwelling is located on a large parcel of private rural residential land surrounded and screened by
   mature, dense vegetation; and

• The dwelling and associated facilities (pool) are appropriated located away from the adjoining rural
   allotments.
