Please find attached a development application for material change of use of premises for 19 Detached Houses at the abovementioned address. The application is made over 19 standard format lots within the existing development as described on the application forms.

The application material includes the following:

·         IDAS Form 1 – Application Details, including list of registered owners;

·         IDAS From 5 – Material Change of Use;

·         Town Planning Report by Adamson Town Planning Pty Ltd, including;

o   Attachments 1A & 1B – Current Development Approvals;

o   Attachment 2 – Proposal Plan.

Could you please advise the application fee as soon as possible. It is requested that the fee be discussed beforehand given the unusual nature of the application. This is because no building work is being proposed and proposed use will occur within the existing Eco-cabins (dwellings) already established on the land.
