          o   Sunshine Beach, Ed Webb Park - Upgrade


The Design Services Team are currently managing 20+ capital design projects and continue to
provide design and survey support over 60 projects in the 2023/24 financial year, with a
combined design and construction value exceeding $18m.

Design output continues to be impacted by the movement of key staff (currently one vacant full-
time equivalent position).

The road reseal program has expended $4.2m of the $5m budget for 2023/24 financial year.

   •   The following roads on the annual reseal program were undertaken during this quarter
       of 23/24 financial year
          o   Noosa Heads, Arkana Drive from Winbirra Way to Allambi Tce
          o   Noosaville, Gibson Rd - Saltwater Ave to Thomas St
          o   Noosaville, Walter Hay Dr - between Eumundi Noosa Rd and Eenie Ck Rd
          o   Noosaville, William St - Gympie Tce to Noosa Pde
          o   Sunrise Beach, Hardy St - Southern Cross Pde to #10
          o   Sunrise Beach, Heathland Dr - Ben Lexcen to Edward St
          o   Sunshine Beach, Edwards St - Roundabout to Heathland Dr #195
          o   Tewantin, Carramar St - Golf Course to Spey Court
          o   Tewantin, Cedarleigh Dr to Cooroy Noosa Rd
          o   Tewantin, Griffith Ave - Broadleaf Ct to Cedarleigh Dr
          o   Tewantin, Griffith Ave - Cedarleigh Dr to Cooroy Noosa Rd


The new road heavy patching program has expended $1m of the $1.5m budget for the
2023/2024 financial year.

   •   The following roads were undertaken within this program during this quarter of 2023/2024
       financial year:
          o   Cooroibah, Illoura Place
          o   Cooroy, Roberts Drive
          o   Kin Kin, Sister Tree Creek Road
          o   Sunshine Beach, Pacific Ave
          o   Sunshine Beach, Solway Dr


The Shire Wide Pathway Program continued into the 2023/2024 financial year.
   • The following pathways received renewal and upgrade works during this quarter:
          o   Noosa Heads, Claude Batten Drive – Pathway Renewal
          o   Noosa Heads, Noosa Woods – Pathway Renewal
          o   Tewantin, Cullinane Street
