Figure 2.2 shows the locations of the centres in and near the proposed development’s
residential trade area. Although Noosa Civic and other larger centres further afield are
shown, these would have little bearing on the retail prospects and tenancy options for the
proposed development.
Table 2.1 summarises existing major and smaller supermarkets within the Cooroy,
Pomona, Eumundi and Yandina localities and identifies the nearest large supermarkets.
