RE:     Response to COuncil Meeting Further Advice RAL21/0033 – 60 Glenridge Dr
        Cooroibah Qld 4565


Council discussed the application at its General Committee Meeting on 19 April 2022. The
applicant provides the following additional information in response to condition 2 (a-i) of
the recommended preliminary approval:

Condition 2 - Amended plans and reports must be submitted to Council prior to any
further development applications being made and must include the following:

      A. Amend subdivision layout (Plan: 21598-P001 Rev B, 21598-P003 Rev C)
         detailing amalgamation of Lots 1 and 2.
      B. Amend the subdivision layout and include the mapped Koala Habitat
         adjacent to Mckinnon Drive in one lot.

An amended plan of subdivision has been drafted including the following changes:
   -    8 lot subdivision
            o No changes to lot 8 (Stage 1).
            o Amalgamation of previous lot 1 and 2 adjoining Glenridge Dr.
            o Changes to lots 2-7 at the end of the cul-de-sac head (additional lot and
                house site area).
            o Proposed lot 3 includes all koala habitat mapped vegetation in one lot.
   -    Amended covenant and house site areas (all 1,100m2)
   -    Emergency access through to Mckinnon Dr
