6.5.22 - Further advice response 6 may
G. Provide a fencing plan that details:
i. no fencing within the covenant area
ii. no fencing or gates restricting access between lots in relation to the
fire break trail areas.
Please find attached an updated fencing plan in compliance with conditions 10i
(covenants), 32 (fencing design) and 39 (fire break easement) of the preliminary approval
conditions. Only star pickets are to delineate boundaries within the covenant area and
access is provided for between the covenant vegetation and the building envelopes.
An updated bushfire and ecological rehabilitation plan will be supplied by Monday (9 May).
H. Investigate the provision of a temporary fire/emergency access to
Mckinnon Drive.
An emergency access has been incorporated into the revised subdivision design at the
behest of Councillors. An amended response from DTMR and SARA has been requested.
I. Investigate the provision of an access road above the 1% AEP flood level
This development has been designed to provide flood free access to all lots via the new
internal road in events up to the 10% AEP and will remain trafficable in events up to the
1% AEP event in accordance with the Queensland Urban Drainage Manual (QUDM).
Brendon Bolt RPEQ and Doug Reynolds RPEQ consider this is in accordance with The
Noosa Plan requirements and engineering standards.
