    F. Provide an effluent disposal report demonstrating that the house site areas
       can sustain appropriate disposal areas.

Please find attached on-site effluent disposal report prepared by Waterwise Design. The
soils are categorised as category 5 clays, using a 4-bedroom model for 6 people per site
with an AES effluent disposal system recommended within each of the building envelopes.
