The Schedule/s, any Supplementary Conditions, the contents of the attachment entitled ‘Terms and
Conditions — Comprehensive Grant Agreement: For Grant Agreements entered into from 13 May
2014’ and any documents incorporated by reference into this document or the Schedule form the
Comprehensive Grant Agreement. All these documents are provided to you with this letter.
The Comprehensive Grant Agreement can only be varied by written agreement between you and us.
A separate Schedule is provided for each Programme, each Schedule may contain one or more
Activities. Additional Schedules may be added to this Comprehensive Grant Agreement by means of
variation.

Provision of this Grant is subject to the Agreement being signed by both you and us. The Grant will be
paid to you as set out in the Schedule/s dependent upon your ongoing compliance with the
Comprehensive Grant Agreement.
This offer of a Grant does not imply any commitment to further funding.
Please print one copy of the Agreement which must be signed by you. The signature block is at the
end of the Agreement. By signing the Agreement Schedule/s you have agreed to enter into the
Comprehensive Grant Agreement.
Once you have signed the Agreement, you must return it to us at the above address within thirty (30)
Business Days of the date of this letter or, unless otherwise agreed, this offer will lapse. Please note
that the agreement may be returned in hard copy by post or scanned and returned by email.
When we receive the signed Agreement, we will sign and date and return a copy of the Agreement to
you for your organisation’s records.
If you believe that you will have difficulties complying with any part of the Comprehensive Grant
Agreement, then you will need to resolve these before signing this Comprehensive Grant Agreement.
If you are uncertain about any aspects of this Comprehensive Grant Agreement you should seek
independent legal advice before execution.
