Dear Jack,
I am writing in response to the information request received on the 19th
October 2015. We have reviewed the request and confirm we have made the
following amendments in accordance with the Overlay Code:
Coastal Protection
Removed the ‘day bed’ structure near the rear of the property, refer to
drawing C1.0;
Removed the stairwell and gates accessing the dunes, as well we have
provided additional landscaping between the pool and side and rear property
boundaries. Note has been made to ensure planting within this area in in
accordance with PSP3- Landscaping, Plants & Guidelines. Refer to drawings
C0.0 & C1.0.
