Application to Change Existing Development Approval TPC 2816 Duplex Dwelling on Land
Described as Lot on GTP105103 and Located at 1/3 Parkedge Road, Sunshine Beach

Martoo Consulting has been engaged by the owner of Unit 1 to lodge an application to change the existing
development approval on the above site at Sunshine Beach. The proposed changes relate to internal and
external design changes to Unit 1.

This letter details the proposal and provides an assessment of the development against the relevant code
provisions contained within the Noosa Plan 2020.

1. THE SUBJECT SITE
The subject site comprises Unit 1/3 Parkedge Road, Sunshine Beach which is the eastern unit of an
existing duplex complex. The figure below illustrates the location of the site and surrounds.
