Dear Councillors,

I am writing to provide you with an important update regarding our development application for a boutique hotel at
Noosa Springs.

We sought a delay in the decision-making process for our development application to gather additional information
and insights that would further strengthen our case. With the benefit of this new information, we are hopeful that
you will reconsider the council staff recommendation and ultimately approve the application.

One of the initiatives taken during this period is to conduct a survey of Noosa Springs members and residents. The
survey is designed to gauge their perspectives and opinions on the proposed hotel. We believe this insight will
demonstrate the support and enthusiasm for this development, despite what you may have been told by submitter
representatives. We will share the results of this survey with you as soon as it becomes available.

In the interim, we are pleased to inform you that we have received an updated letter of support from Tourism
Noosa. This letter highlights the positive impact that the proposed hotel can have on the local tourism industry and
reinforces the strategic importance of such developments in driving tourism growth within the region. For your
convenience, a copy of this letter of support is attached.

We understand you may have questions or require further clarification regarding our development application.
