ORDINARY MEETING AGENDA                                                        2 JANUARY 2014


RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Chief of Staff to the Ordinary Meeting of 2 January 2014
regarding the creation of three Standing Committees and:

1.     Approve the creation of the Infrastructure and Services Committee, the Planning and
       Organisation Committee, and the General Committee, with the roles and responsibilities
       identified in the Officer’s report;

2.     Delegate to each of the Committees the authority to appoint a chairperson; and

3.     Approve the times and dates of future meetings of the Committees in accordance with
       those detailed in the Officer’s report.
