SUMMARY
The new development layout has been compared against the original proposal modelled in the FIA. From
this comparison it has been shown that the new layout will have less of an impact than the layout that was
modelled in the FIA. This is primarily due to the removal of two villas and associated filling from the flood
plain area. The impact of the southern section of fence being affected by blockage was effectively modelled
in the FIA as blockage factors at the villa footprints as the proposed fence and the previously proposed
villas were located in a similar location. Generally the proposed fence is aligned with the direction of flow
which lessens the potential for negative impacts and or blockage.
