ORGANISATION PERFORMANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION

That Council :
   (a)   note the proposal to hold a Community Conference on 20 and 21 November 2008
         and the process for involving people in the Community Conference; and

   (b)     agree to the formation of an assessment team to select people to attend the
           conference, involving the following Councillors:

           •   Mayor Bob Abbot
           •   Cr Dwyer (Portfolio - Corporate Planning & Performance)
           •   Cr Dickson (Portfolio Community Engagement & Governance)
           •   Cr Green (Portfolio Statutory & Regional Planning)
           •   Cr McKay (Portfolio Community Policy and Planning)


Item 4.2.3 recommended to the Ordinary Meeting to be held on Thursday, 2 October
2008.
