ORGANISATION PERFORMANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION


That Council:

(a)     proceed under the Acquisition of Land Act 1967 to acquire an area of 165 m2 from
        the First Avenue, Maroochydore frontage of Lot 1 M56758 for road purposes; and

(b)     delegate authority to the Chief Executive Officer to execute an agreement to give
        effect to the acquisition of land and settlement of compensation as outlined in the
        report. by agreement and settlement of compensation.


Item 4.1.5 recommended to the Ordinary Meeting to be held on Thursday, 2 October
2008.
