ORGANISATION PERFORMANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION

That Council:

(a)     notes the current status of action on the petitions received by Council during the
        period 23 April 2008 to 3 July 2008 as outlined on Attachment 1 to this report; and

(b)     notes that the Chief Executive Officer has arranged for a standard
        procedure/workflow process for dealing with Petitions to be developed and
        implemented within the organisation.


Item 4.2.1 recommended to the Ordinary Meeting to be held on Thursday, 2 October
2008.
