Please find attached Change Application for Development Approval for Material Change of Use – Multiple Housing Type 4 – Conventional (29 Units) over land at Resort Drive, Noosa Heads (Precinct E2) and described as Lot 6 on SP178340 - Council Ref: MCU15/0109.01
Attached are the following documents:-

§  Request to Change Application correspondence including Architectural Drawings;

§  Completed Change Application Form – Planning Act Form 5;

§  Copy of Signed Company Owners Consent Form; and

§  Copy of Email from Council confirming the Development Assessment fee of $185.00.
Please note, the entire submission including Visual Perspectives enclosure will be uploaded and sent via dropbox due to the size of documentation. Could you please advise that you can access these documents.
Could Council please provide invoice for the assessment fee payable to Altum Constructions Pty Ltd c/- JFP Urban Consultants to allow our client to make payment directly to Council.
