Requested Action

We request that council please process this change application quickly and waive any fees associated with this
minor change assessment.

This approach is supported by the following:

    •   We have already submitted and paid for 2 minor changes with 2 new sets of drawings (neither of which
        showing carparks or buildings) and;

    •   After the first minor change, we questioned condition 3 and the inclusion of Bornhorst + Ward drawings
        C0850 and C0860, and council’s response indicated we can proceed with the realignment without
        addressing condition 3; and

    •   This request is simply removing words from a document (i.e., there are no updated / modified plans to
        review);
