Using Federal grant funding, consultants are undertaking a peer review on the feasibility of Bottlebrush Avenue for affordable housing development. Cooroy affordable housing project at 62-64 Lake Macdonald Drive is underway with remediation works completed. Civil works due for completion end of July 2026. Contract of sale of Lot 1 initiated. Housing monitoring report in preparation for Council consideration.
