The Pathway Delivery Plan is being progressed through the Infrastructure Capital Works Program. The 2026-2027 Budget and Long-Term Financial Forecast include resources for the planning of an additional ten pathway projects across the shire, including locations in Boreen Point, Cooran, Cooroy and Noosaville. Project scoping has commenced to inform the procurement of an external consultancy to undertake planning, preliminary and detailed design, and relevant approvals. Subject to planning outcomes, these additional projects are currently scheduled for delivery in 2027-2028 in accordance with the long-term financial forecast.
