Ongoing information gathering is being undertaken through participation in Brisbane 2032 forums and workshops. Internal readiness planning discussions have commenced with Council departmental teams, with external engagement and workshops with local club stakeholders scheduled for 2026. An internal project resource has been established, and an internal working group has been formed to support collaboration across the organisation and progress discussions regarding readiness and legacy planning. In parallel, the facility audit process and review of club governance arrangements are underway.
