Redesign for Sunshine Creek embankment stabilisation has been completed with a focus on slope stability and only necessary creek erosion protection. Contract progressing well. Ground conditions and wet weather is necessitating some minor design variations, contractor methodology changes and extensions of time. SARA approvals completed with slope stability and minimal creek bed action. Targeting early acquittal for grant funding with plan to complete works in October 2026.
