Significant progress has been made in delivering the Customer Experience (CX) Program. The draft CX Strategy is in its final stage and is expected to be completed by August 2026 following the final round of internal consultation. The Voice of Customer (VOC) Program has been successfully established and completed its design phase, with implementation scheduled to commence in the coming year. A comprehensive CX Roadmap has also been finalised, providing a clear plan of initiatives that align directly with the strategic objectives of the CX Strategy. In addition, CX Leadership Training has been completed, strengthening organisational capability and leadership commitment to delivering customer-focused outcomes. Collectively, these achievements provide a strong foundation for embedding a customer-centric culture and driving continuous improvements in customer experience across the organisation.
