Q4 · 1 April to 30 June 2026 · plan 2025-26
Completed 100%
The ICT Strategy and Digital Strategy are now complete, with both strategies having received the support of the ICT Steering Committee. ICT will begin implementing the ICT Strategy over the coming months, with a focus on repositioning ICT as a centre-led enabling function - delivering secure platforms, disciplined governance, and improved service management across the organisation. Where the ICT and Digital strategies share common ground, ICT will work to integrate the two, ensuring digital initiatives are supported by the technical foundations needed to deliver on their intent. Together, the strategies form a coherent and connected approach to technology and digital capability - one designed to improve service outcomes, support financial sustainability, and position Council to meet the demands of an increasingly digital operating environment.
