A. Award Contract No. CN00316B for Flood Reconstruction - Package 6B – Landslide Remedial Works to properties adjacent to #19 Bakers Road, Pomona, #140 Old Ceylon Road, Ridgewood, #490 Cooroy Belli Creek Road, Cooroy and #19 Happy Jack Creek Road, Ridgewood to FKG Civil Pty Ltd in accordance with the approved tender;
B. Delegate to the Acting Chief Executive Officer the power to negotiate, finalise, execute the Contract on behalf of Council; and
C. Delegate to the Acting Chief Executive Officer the power to amend the contract up to 11.5% of the total contract value if or when necessary.
