A. Award Contract No. CN00318B for Flood Reconstruction - Package 8B – Landslide Remedial Works to properties adjacent to #139 Musa Vale Road, Cooroy and #179 Cooroy Belli Creek Road, Cooroy to Sunshine Civil Solutions Pty Ltd in accordance with the approved tender ;
B. Delegate to the Acting Chief Executive Officer the power to negotiate, finalise and execute the Contract on behalf of Council; and
C. Delegate to the Acting Chief Executive Officer the power to amend the contract up to 11.5% of the total contract value if and when necessary.
