That Council note the report by the Waste Coordinator to the General Committee Meeting dated 11 December 2023 (the Report) and:
A. Resolves to extend Contract No. 1516T043 with Cleanaway Pty Ltd for the period of 2 years commencing 1 September 2024;
B. Delegate to the Acting Chief Executive Officer the power to negotiate, finalise and execute relevant documentation to facilitate the extension and the potential variations outlined in the Report, and do all other things necessary to administer the Contract on behalf of Council.
