I would like to respectfully acknowledge the Kabi Kabi people as the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters that form the region we call Noosa. Council pays its respects to elders past, present and emerging and welcomes the ongoing role that Indigenous people play within the Noosa community. Attendance and Apologies. First I'd like to note that everyone is in attendance that is the Mayor Clare Stewart, Councillor Joe Jurisevic and Deputy Mayor Councillor Frank Wilkie. I also note that Councillor Tom Wegener is in the gallery and I don't think Councillor Finzel, she's not online? No, so Councillor Finzel not online. Nor Councillor Stockwell. Before commencing the meeting can I please request that everyone have their phones on silent or turned off and also I would like to remind everyone around the table of their obligations under the Councillor Code of Conduct that we are respectful and to one another including staff. First I'd like to go to confirmation of minutes. Can I have a mover and a seconder? Thank you Clare Stewart. A seconder? Thank you Councillor Wilkie. No discussion or in favour? Thank you. Presentations and deputations there are none and we'll go straight to the reports for consideration of committee meeting. Item 5.1 final waste plan 2023-2028. I'd like to welcome Director, Kyrone Dodds. Excuse me, Sir, I'm just giving you a promotion and you deserve one.
