We have got Councillor Nicola Wilson and Councillor Jessica Phillips. We welcome the CEO, Mr Larry Sengstock and the staff in the gallery and there are no other Councillors present today. Firstly, here. Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the Kabi Kabi people and respect their elders past, present and emerging and acknowledge their inherent wisdom in this land on which we live, work and play, including the water and the air.
