Good morning and I declare the meeting now open. First I'd like to begin by an Acknowledgement to Country. Noosa Council proudly acknowledges and respects Australia's First Nations people and their deep and abiding connection to this country. We recognise the Kabi Kabi people as the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters of the Noosa area and we pay respect to elders past, present and emerging and to their enduring commitment in pursuing a strong and healthy future for First Nations people. I'm attendance and apologies. No apologies around the table. I note everyone's here. Councillor Wegener, welcome. Mayor Deputy Mayor. Wilkie, Councillor Wegener, welcome. I note also there are one Councillor from serva, Councillor Nicola Wilson. Welcome. Also online, I'm not sure who else is online.
