Thank you, Frank. Yes. Okay, Cootharaba community association. Should, the its aim is to represent the community on matters that affect the community. I'm the president, Jan Green is the vice president, and the CCA was formed in 2001 at Noosa Council's request. Our General Committee on the 25th of October we prepared a list of seven or eight items, primary issues for our community. I'll quickly go through those now. Greywater discharge outside the caravan park, it's a work in progress. The village precinct concept update since 2006. It includes safety issues. Pedestrian safety issues have been raised by RM202517154 by Amelia Lorentson. There are other issues that we as an association have concerns about in terms of speed controls, without more fighting in the streets to solve that problem, there's a bit of history with that, but just wanted to make sure we understand the village precinct concept I'm talking about. No more kerb and channel, no footpath increases. We're really looking for that village precinct set of. Lead. The membership focus is that we have that atmosphere as a high priority and safety in science, including the safety awareness monitors. We are requesting, can this community be moved onto the placemaking plan in order to affect the health?
