Good morning and Welcome to Noosa Council's General Committee held today Tuesday the 6th of October 2026 at 10am. I declare the meeting open in Council chambers in Tewantin and all Councillors are in attendance with one apology being Councillor Lorentson who is enjoying some well-earned time off with her family. I'd like to begin by acknowledging the Kabi Kabi people as Traditional Custodians of the land, waterways and the seas of the Noosa region and pay my respects to elders past and present. I also want to acknowledge aboriginal and torres strait islander peoples from many nations who call Noosa home and recognise its strength, resilience and enduring connection to country. We're going to move on to the confirmation of minutes, item four, the General Committee Meeting minutes dated the 8th of September, 2026. Can I have a move, I'm stepping up. Thank you.
