What was the total cost for site investigations for 62 Lake Macdonald Drive, Cooroy and the ongoing consultations, plans and reports from companies including Murray and Associates, Covey and Associates, Environmental Advisors (contamination), North Coast Environmental Services,  Holland Traffic Engineering, Austrac Traffic Count, Hydra Logic, Auspower that formed the Civil Works Package and Remediation Works Package up to work commencing on site on 4 September, 2025?  (Please do not include any grants in this total figure).

To date approximately $375,000 has been spent on plans, reports, investigations noting the project is still live and yet to be completed.

What was the total amount of grant funding received to offset the costs?

$178,000 of that grant funded to offset these costs from the Federal Housing Support Program.

Thank you. Through the Chair. My name Pat Spicer. Is the background information. Site investigations started as early as 2019 on 62 Lake Macdonald Drive, Cooroy. The budget allocation for site investigations was $500,000 in the 2023-24 budget. The allocations for delivery costs, remediation and civil works was $3.3 million in the 2024-25 budget. My question. What's total the cost for site investigations for 62 Lake Macdonald Drive, Cooroy, and the ongoing consultations, plans and reports from companies including Murray and associates, covey and associates, environmental advisors for the contamination, north Coast environmental services, Holland traffic engineering, Austrac Traffic Count, Hydra Logic, Auspower, that Council form the civil works package and remediation works up package to the work commencing on site on the 4th of September 2025.
