Declare the meeting open at 10:01am. Acknowledge that we are meeting on the traditional lands and waters of the Kabi Kabi people, and I pay my respects to elders past, present, and emerging, and reiterate their recognition of each and every one of us as joint custodians, respecting and caring for this beautiful place that we all love, respecting and caring for each other. Eleven point two, one school street Pomona proposed transfer of tenure. Eleven point three, commercial high use permits, tender assessment, and consequential policy amendment.
