I acknowledge that we're meeting on the traditional lands of the Kabi Kabi people, we pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging, and acknowledge their recognition of each and every one of us as joint custodians, respecting and caring for each other. Beautiful place we all love, we have all Councillors in attendance, although it may not look like it. We have two Councillors online, Councillor Nicola Wilson and Councillor Karen foonzell, who are feeling unwell but are joining us online. We have Councillor Wegener, Councillor Amelia Lorentson, Councillor Jessica Phillips, Deputy Mayor Brian Stockwell and Mayor Franklin. So welcome everybody. Item four is confirmation of minutes. May I have a move from seconder to the Minutes of the Ordinary Meeting held on the 20th of August, 2026. Councillor Lorentson. Councillor Phillips. And seconder, Councillor Wegener. All in favour? Yes. That's carried unanimously. There are no petitions. There are no presentations. We have one deputation. The applicants Andrew savage, Rosemary baker, Bradley Simpson are representing Cooroy and surrounding residents proposed concerned amendment number four to the Noosa Plan 2020, employment land, Holts Road, Cooroy and the topic is the proposed amendment and you have 15 minutes.
