               Council prior to the issue of a Development Permit for Operational Works
               (Landscaping).
         67.   Security in the form of a cash bond or trading bank guarantee to the sum of
               $20,000 must be submitted to Council, to secure performance of all conditions of
               this approval, prior to the issue of a Development Permit for Operational Work
               (landscaping). The cash bond or trading bank guarantee will be returned on
               performance of the conditions of approval less any costs incurred by Council in
               respect of enforcing performance of this permit. Council reserves the right to call
               upon the bond or guaranteed sum to effect compliance with conditions.
    B.   Note the report is provided in accordance with Section 63(5) of the Planning Act 2016.


5   OPW17/0555 - REPRESENTATIONS TO CONDITIONS - DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR
    OPERATIONAL WORKS FOR SIGNAGE, LOCATED AT 4-24 GIBSON ROAD,
    NOOSAVILLE
    That Planning & Environment Committee Agenda Item 5 be referred to the General
    Committee due to the significance of the issue.


7   ENVIRONMENT LEVY POLICY - AMENDMENTS
    That Council note the report by the Principal Environment Officer to the Planning &
    Environment Committee Meeting dated 10 July 2018 and repeal the current Environment
    Levy Policy and adopt the revised Environment Levy Policy provided as Attachment 2 to the
    report, authorising the CEO to make minor amendments as necessary.


8   DRAFT NOOSA RIVER PLAN FOR COMMUNITY CONSULTATION
    That Planning & Environment Committee Agenda Item 8 be referred to the General
    Committee due to the significance of the issue.


9   DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT FEES & CHARGES VARIATIONS FOR 1 OCTOBER
    2017 TO 31 MARCH 2018
    That Council note the report by the Manager Development Assessment to the Planning &
    Environment Committee Meeting dated 10 July 2018 regarding the waiver or partial waiver
    of development application charges for 1 October 2017 to 31 March 2018 as detailed in the
    report.
