DELEGATE DESCRIPTION OF POWER DELEGATED LEGISLATION ADOPTED BY CONDITIONS TO WHICH

Chief Power, as the employer, to inform the employee his/her Section 71 (3) Industrial
Executive entitlements and obligations under chapter 2, part 3, division 8. Relations Act 2016
Officer
Chief Power, as the employer that has decided to implement Section 72 Industrial
Executive significant change at a workplace, to advise employees on Relations Act 2016
Officer parental leave about the proposed change before it is
implemented and give each employee reasonable opportunity
to discuss any significant effect the change will have on the
employee’s position.
Chief Power, as the employer, to agree to an employee entitled to Section 73(2) Industrial
Executive parental leave under subdivision 2, or who is taking parental Relations Act 2016
Officer leave, making more than 1 application under subsection (1)
within a 12-month period in relation to a particular instance of
parental leave.
Chief Power, as the employer, to agree to an employee on parental Section 74(3) Industrial
Executive leave, making more than 1 application under subsection (1) Relations Act 2016
Officer within a 12-month period.
Chief Power, as the employer, to decide an application by an Section 76 Industrial
Executive employee entitled to or taking parental leave to extend parental Relations Act 2016
Officer leave if the circumstances of section 73 exist, to discuss the
application and to give written notice of that decision.
